HomeGrown University is the household‑scale literacy institution responsible for domestic learning, home routines, family development, and residential governance. Enrollment establishes the student as a Residential Learner, granting access to RA modules, household literacy protocols, and domestic stewardship training.

After RA enrollment, the student must register with Neighborhood Administration, which governs blocks, corridors, subdivisions, and shared civic assets.

Street university

Once RA and NA records are established, the student becomes eligible to enroll in Street University, the neighborhood‑scale civic‑literacy institution.

SEEDER LIFE

Seeder Life defines the initial developmental identity of the student before they enter any formal civic‑literacy institution. It is the tier where the student becomes a Seeder, meaning:

  1. A person who plants early habits, early literacy, early stewardship, and early community awareness

  2. A person who begins shaping their future civic identity before formal enrollment

  3. A person who contributes to the household, neighborhood, and corridor through small, formative actions

  • Key RA functions:

    • Residential Literacy — home routines, safety, organization, domestic skills

    • Family Development Modules — youth mentorship, home learning, personal growth

    • Household Governance — micro‑administration, home communication, domestic protocols

    • Residential Identity Registry — household identity mapping and RA node assignment

    Completion of this step creates the student’s Residential Identity Record (RIR).

  • Registration establishes the student as a Neighborhood Participant, enabling:

    • Corridor‑level communication

    • Civic identity mapping

    • Access to NA stewardship roles

    • Integration into subdivision‑level protocols

  • Key NA functions:

    • Civic Identity Systems

    • Neighborhood Stewardship

    • Civic Communication Hub

    • Historical Preservation Nodes

    Completion of this step creates the student’s Neighborhood Civic Record (NCR).
